General Program Comments
East Pierce Family Medicine is a dually-accredited Osteopathic program with a 18 DO and MD residents. In Puyallup, Washington, this program offers a new Patient Centered Medical Home practice on the campus of a community-based academic medical center. Strengths include strong continuity between residents and their patients, a new clinic designed specifically for resident teaching, and a full complement of hospital services.
